ORGANIC SUGAR FREE SAVORY OATMEAL BREAKFAST
Since you (Kaci) seemed interested, I thought I would put this simple recipe together for you. Add or subtract or substitute anything you like but oats and liquid are a must of course.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Organic, Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 3 Tablespoons Organic Red Lentils
- a few dashes of salt (I use "REAL SALT"
- a dash of Cayenne pepper
- 2 dashes of Organic Turmeric
- 1/2 Cup Organic Rolled Oats
- 1 Huge hand full of Organ Spinach or other Organic "greens mixture"
- A few Organic Raw Pecans and a Few Walnuts broken into pieces

Instructions
Pour your cup of chicken broth into a pot with the 3 tablespoons of lentils and bring to a boil.
Add a few dashes of salt, a dash of Cayenne Pepper and 2 dashes of Turmeric.
Cover, reduce heat to low "simmer" and cook for 15 min.
Stir in 1/2 Cup Oats and cook for 3 min. (you may need to add a little water if you think you need more liquid.)
Stir in Huge hand full of Spinach and the broken nuts and simmer for another 2 min.
Taste to see if you need to add any additional salt.
Pour out onto a dinner plate. (It will cool faster on a dinner plate than in a bowl)
Enjoy your filling, healthy, sugar free breakfast or lunch.
